Before the check-in

Q Is early check-in possible?
A To allow time to prepare rooms, you can only check in from 2:00 PM.
If you wish to have your luggage stored before the check-in time, please tell us at the reception desk. We can also store your luggage after you check out within the day of departure.
Q Is a toothbrush available?
A Yes. A toothbrush and a razor can be freely offered at the reception desk.
Q Are towels and soap, etc. provided with the room?
A Yes. A face towel, bath towel, body soap, rinsing shampoo, and hand soap are freely available in your room.
Q Is a hair dryer available?
A Yes. We will lend it to you free of charge, from the reception desk. There is also a hair dryer in the shared bathroom on the second floor.
Q I want to stay in a single room with another person…
A We are sorry, but we assume the use of a single room to be only for one person. We do not allow room sharing even with an extra charge either. (except for room sharing with infants)
Q Are rooms available for daytime use?
A We are sorry, but they aren’t.

During your stay

Q Can the Internet be used in the room?
A Yes, there is a high-speed LAN line in all rooms. If you have a personal computer, the Internet can be used limitlessly, and there is a LAN cable in each room too. (free of charge)
Q Is there a convenience store nearby?
A Yes. various stores are within 3 minutes walk of the hotel.
Q Is the hotel open 24 hours?
A Yes, although our standard check in time is between 2:00 and 9:00 pm.
Q Can I make telephone calls from the room?
A We are sorry, there is no telephone in the room. If calls are received for you at reception, we will pass a short message on to you.
Q Do you provide laundry services?
A We are sorry, we do not provide this service, but we will show you the direction to the nearby laundry. There is also coin self operated washing machines and dryers on the 5th floor of the hotel.
Q I want to receive a massage...
A A massage service is not available in this hotel.
Q Can food and drink be brought in?
A Yes. There are convenience stores and a supermarket within short walking distance.
Q Is there a place where I can eat near the hotel?
A There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around the hotel (coffee shops, family restaurant, Italian, etc.)

Checkout

Q I want to leave quickly in the morning.
A If you need to leave quickly, just return the key to the collection box at the front reception.
